There’s a bit of magic happening at Coles.
The supermarket giant has teamed up with Warner Bros to release their latest range of in-store collectibles featuring Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts characters.
Magical Builders collectibles will arrive in Coles next week with Wizarding World characters and playsets that are plastic-free and recyclable.
Beginning Wednesday, July 6, customers will receive a free Coles Magical Builder character with every $30 spent in a single transaction at Coles supermarkets, Coles Online and Coles Express.

Nearly a year after committing to no longer giving away plastic toys at the box office, Coles has teamed up with Warner Bros to bring collectibles to Aussies in a sustainable way featuring characters like Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley and made from 100% FSC®-certified board that is also recyclable in household recycling bins.
Gryffindors, Hufflepuffs, Ravenclaws, and Slytherins can enjoy exploring their own magical world with four recyclable plastic-free playsets featuring iconic settings fans will instantly recognize from the Harry Potter films.
Customers can let their imaginations run wild by building their own Hogwarts Castle and Quidditch Field or creating a Platform 9¾ and a Hogwarts Express.
Coles Chief Marketing Officer Lisa Ronson said: “Coles is delighted to partner with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and one of the world’s most beloved entertainment franchises to create an Australian collectible campaign that will bring a little magic to Australian homes.

“We wanted to find an interactive and sustainable way for customers to have fun that would appeal to children and guests of all ages. We know Australian fans have been waiting a long time for a collectible campaign like this one from Wizarding World, so we’re really excited to be working with Warner Bros. working together to bring Coles Magical Builders to life.
“With over 30 beloved characters and four iconic settings to collect, Magical Builders allow customers to be creative as they build their magical world — all with the added bonus of being plastic-free and recyclable.”
The release comes after Woolworths announced a partnership with Disney to design their latest range of collectibles for in-store customers.
The collectibles are reusable woven patches known as Fix-ems that can be stuck to surfaces or permanently ironed onto fabrics like cotton T-shirts or denim jackets as the ultimate 90s throwback.
They can be stuck on a water bottle, pencil case, phones, and even skateboards.
“Fans will stick, create, wear and reuse them in so many creative ways — from personalizing jackets and sneakers to adding flair to their bags and bike helmets — the possibilities are endless,” The Walt Disney Company Vice President and General Australia and New Zealand consumer products director Meagan Sanders said.
